Returns and Exchanges:
At Styles of Sophistication Boutique 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be granted an exchange or store credit. We do NOT issue refunds.
Permanent markdown and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 3 days to email@example.com and send your item to: 4183 Franklin Road, Suite B1-181, Murfreesboro, Tennessee US 37128
If you choose a store credit, it will be issued in the form of a custom discount code that you can use for your next purchase. If there is a sale at the time of purchase, please contact us at 1-888-704-7895 or sales@sosboutiques to receive the sale discount.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of tracking information. Please provide the tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
